skippyapp 0 Report post Posted December 24, 2007 (edited) I wanted to get the Magis Puppy from X-Tra... but... their service is really bad!I called them to reserve the Puppy and told them i would collect it at their Vivo City outlet in the evening, but when i reached there, they have already closed, at 6PM! There was a notice that says they went for their Christmas dinner! I thought they should have the courtesy to tell me they will be closed at that time! BUT NO! I went there all the way from Thomson, my fren drove me... wasted trip, wasted effort (fighting the traffic jam due to Christmas crowd), wasted petrol! I have met so many service staff with poor service since getting my new place... I really think that Singapore should improve on the service sector... look at Japan! Look at Taiwan!
