It's harassment. If she's so unhappy being my lower floor neighbour, jolly well complain to HDB about the "noises" she has been hearing. She accuses me of having heavy footsteps, amongst other complaints. How is someone who's 40kg have heavy footsteps? If I stamp on the floor, my feet hurt!The last time I was already very pleasant, listening patiently for herself and her dad to finish their ranting. Because of this, she must be thinking whenever she can find something to be unhappy, she can come up to rant at me to her satisfation. Well, she's wrong.
