He said my choke was "complicated".he said he has to use cable but that was about it and he took under half an hour to do itQuestion...did i get stiffed by this dude? And there was NO machine involve either.I guess by "complicated", it means he realised i am non-HDB with no basis for comparison and so he was going to have to fleece me !
