Hi Mr Chong,

Please kindly assist to see if the layout of my upcoming new place is feasible in terms of fengshui. I currently can't take the 3 readings that you have recommended us to take in your pinned thread, as my upcoming flat's previous owner still has yet to move out. This is a resale flat of 30 years old history.

Above image is the direction as per shown from the map, the red dot is where the main door is facing.
