The ID's didn't do a good job when it came to logistics and arrangements with contractors. Also the contractors weren't briefed properly so many appointments were made just to deal with one defect. Highly stressful, time consuming and irritating for me. I have taken all my leave days and beyond because of improper and pointless appointments made. Care to share how much was the final bill for reno alone? thanks. as much as i'd like a new apartment, they're too expensive since we just got back to sg and had to buy at the height of the property boom. so decided to get an older place and spend more on renovation.67k inclusive of GST. Not incl fittings and fixtures eg taps, loos, door handles, cooker etc, lights, electrician, aircon and grills.actually fuse concept's quotation was the cheapest of the lot when we were ID-hunting and their ideas/3D pics were nicer than others. so cheaper and nicer - no brainer. one ID quoted me 90K!
