Ok here I go......1st quote I believe....I tell U....your price Si beh ex! we go line by line

Item one...hacking....hack 3 feet but pay like hacking the whole place...for that price...U can tear 2 bedroom walls down

Tiling....plaster...back damaged areas? Aiyo U know how cheap and how easy its done dare to charge 110 somemore

Your concrete kitchen sink support costs more than Stainless steel, you using Italian homo tiles ah?

Laminated Floor board....think u can easily shave another 20-30% off

cement bast $390.....tsk tsk tsk....

False ceiling works.......for me i will shave them 200-300 off their price

Glassworks.....ok

plumbing works....way above market rate.

Carpentry works.....can shave somemore.....another 20-30%

Kitchen.....Montellie SS...no brandname still so ex....press for 70/ft run

MBR Wardrobe...wah poles only so ex.....rather U go to the Cabninet specialists....for similar price scale

Electrical works can shave 5 bucks off per item

Generally your total can save a further 25-30%

is the painting cost normal for a 4 room to be 1150-1300? some can quote 800? y ah?
