Servicing Ariston Water Heater

Hi guys, need your info. My ariston water heater is leaking now. Is there any service firm outsite there who can do service? Any recomendation?

How long have your been using your ariston water heater? I am getting one too heard there is a 5 yrs warranty on heating element and 3 yrs warranty on storage wonder is it true?

Yes, it is true as long as you have the receipt (I called phone number sticked on the machine). But the problem for me is I don't have the receipt, the previous owner has thrown it away :wub:

Any plumber. Call Masebe Plumbing and Electrical Services. Call to enquire for a quote first. I hope they don't charge ridiculous prices.

I had been using the tank Ariston electrical water heaters for some 25 years.

When the tank leaks (around 5 years old), it's time to replace it.

No point repairing it cuz that's the in-built shelf life.

In fact, I have stopped using Ariston cuz twice the tank leaked when the whole family was overseas.

My toilet got flooded and my neighbor called my mother for help.

So, it is better to automatically replace it after 5 years rather than wait for it to leak.
