We will be getting keys later this month and we have yet to source for reno co

I tried using floorplanner to do our home and it seems really fun. !!

Don't know if I have attached correctly, below is the floor plan.

guess the condition has got to do more with the age of the unit?

actually the unit is very young, only 8 yrs old

guess that's the problem with doing the 'in' thing

the unit looks much older coz of the cornice, which was 'in' a decade or more ago

Yah that's the problem with cornice and the unit was also rented out and the ppl didn't take care

woah, you got 3 cats! i like the 1st one

Think its not easy to maintain 3 cats

hehehe she's my favourite too

one tough cat i'd say, survived against all odds and turn out well

it's relatively easy to maintain cats coz all they need is food, water and affection

the rest are optional esp toys

my cats prefer to be cuddled or play catching rather than play with toys

hehehe, we made a bad decision going for leather sofa with BIG arm-rests

the boy in the third pix view it as his personal scratching post

but he is the only one who scratches the sofa, he doesn't touch any other furniture

and the other two will scratch either the carpet (bought specially for them) or the newspaper stack
