First delivery, they delivered the wrong table frame, according to the delivery man, they punched wrong hole into the frame and promised to call me back to arrange for 2nd delivery for the frame. Dining chairs and glass top were in good condition though. The following week, the person in charge called me to arrange for date to deliver. On the day of delivery, I called up their delivery hotline and asked for the exact time the delivery man will come, salesgirl said will ask manager to call me back. True indeed, the manager called me back 5 minutes later and informed me the time. After that, the delivery man called me to confirm. My table frame arrived in good condition and installation was ok too. Delivery men were responsible and friendly too.Overall, not too bad an experience if not for the delay.
