Can Get Our Id Or Contractor To Inspect The House?

Understand that the buyer need to inspect the house before the resale transaction completion date. Was wondering if we can get our ID or contractor to help us inspect the house as well, since they are probably more experience in identifying problem areas. Can anyone here share your experience? Will the ID or contractor charge us for the inspection? Thanks.

Is that ID/contractor the appointed one?

If yes, there's no problem getting them to inspect for you, they can access the place and see what needs to be done at what cost at the same time.
