What's The Budget For Whole Unit

Hi pals,

I am new here. Knowing so many of u already collected the keys, quite surprise and admire. Mine only received HDB letter for loan application.

Some questions:

1. anyone knows how long it takes from the loan approval to key collection?

2. my wife and i are stationed overseas right now. we may need to plan to go back for key collection if it is a must to be present at HDB.

3. any idea for the reno budget for the whole unit? for a average standard. I plan to rent it out since we are not in SG.

4. any idea about the time so such a renovation?

hmm i can offer a reply to qn 3

depending on the unit size, and what you want provided to your tenant

think around $10k is enough liao

as to qn 4, time frame should be a month

since you'll only be doing to most basic stuff
