that day met Angeline at Intra - said that your place v.nice She seems very busy man...people keep coming to see her, she have to work on Sun also...actually their job not ez hor!

Ya.. she's very busy, really wonder how many projects 1 person manage at a time.

Actually I wonder, she's told me the floor's been cleaned and most of the touchups are done. But she no mention abt handover date, maybe partly cos there's still some mosaic to be change. How does this handover happen ?

However I have yet to go check the place.

- Wat is e size of e bathtub? HDB flat MBR toilet can fit?

Mi olso tot of installin 1. But most ID say canot. Due 2 space constrain, future possible probms etc lei.

Great mind think alike, once the furnitures move in everything will be different.

Wall color is jus part of the design only.

My area JW also got a few units using the same wall color but it had different feel when I go and kaypo in their hse.

got the caroma bathtub from simsiang choon. it is 1400mm in length. my bathroom space available was 1450mm. the bath tub costs arnd 300$. do not know abt the installation charges. As far as we saw, only sim siang choon had some choices to see (other shops did not have display) and service was good(served by Yue Sin).

going to handover this Sat. Though it seems longer than our ID's usual work schedule, we are fine as we didnt set her any deadline to meet. The last 2 weeks was mostly touchups here and there.

Next, we need to work on the furnishings, before the house is ready.

Any recommendations for curtains ?

The 2 stripes are mosaic. Yup, my kitchen cabinet countertap is black galaxy. Black is a bit difficult to match as I didnt want bright colours like red. Hope the white kitchen is easy to maintain.
