Anyone Worked With John Lau From Square Room Id Before? Comments Pls.

Recently, we met up with John and we are quite happy with his design and quotation. first impression of him was good, easy to talk to..... had good idea of concept we are looking for etc.

so has anyone engaged John from Squre Room ID for their renovation before? Any feedback is appreciated! if possible, can PM pics of renovation job done? thanks!

Met John after receiving his quotation. He is easy to talk to, and I can sense his pride in doing a job. According to him, he will help clients source for furniture that matches the design of the flat.. my husband and I liked the fact that he sticks by his opinions and makes his own decisions against client's wishes, and rationalise it with us.. unlike other IDs who may just "yes yes yes" all the way but problems crop up later.. i believe it's value-added service.. but we are unlikely going to take him since pricing-wise, there's room for improvement. still searching for ID.....

I am now renovating my house with John. Ready by Jan. My comment for him.. he is professional, easy to talk to, innovative and gives value-added service. I will consider myself a very fussy person who will review as many IDs as I can and compare the prices plus the services they render. Although his quotation is not that cheap as compared to others, it is still reasonable plus he will go the extra mile to help you choose the right furniture for your home. That's one of the value-added service that I am looking for in an ID! In fact, before I came across him, there are many ID who came over to review my house and gave me the same kinda design. B-O-R-I-N-G... Though I have a design in my mind, I was looking for an ID who can give an innovative ideas. And I met the man.. In addition to the above, he is very patient man. I trust that he will do an excellent job.. Hopefully, everything goes well for my house.. Will post the photos to you when ready!
