Looking For Air-con

Hi

I am new in RENO and currently looking for Air-con now.

I bought a Exe-HDB in SengKang, 130sqm

for me I think sys 3+1 should be ok, like 10*3+22*1 inverter.

not sure for living/dining room, 22 is enough or 26?

and which brand is good? Toshiba or Misubishi? or no big difference?

no idea of installation tricks, such as copper pipe, water pipe...

any suggestions? many thanks for sharing.
