armani 0 Report post Posted October 13, 2007 hi all, just like to ask whether anyone here has bought Hecom's queensize storage bedframe (YBED3BOX6075-PPL)Can i buy any normal queensize mattress from dunlopillo, king koil etc and put it on this bedframe? Wanted to buy this bedframe but i don like the mattress from HEcom or seahorse. so thought of getting other brand's mattress.

nielty 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2007 really no one bought hecom's storage bed frame?Hi. i was once interested in the their storage bed after noticing their ads from the newspapers. Very cheap also but there's no warranty for this china-made storage bed. Unlike other brands ie. Kingkoil or Dunlopillow, there's isn't any centre divider in between the storage compartment to act as a support against the weight. The platform (placing the mattress) is seems to be made of some hollow wood, so after some time the weight on it may cause it to break or slowly sink in. With regards to your question, all queen size mattress should be able to fit in.

niwdehos 0 Report post Posted November 8, 2007 I think the sizes should be standard - if you're having doubts, you could just call up kingcoil or any of them and ask for measurement and do likewise for Hecom. Also, when buying storage bedframe, point to note is, to watch out for the hydraulic. There should ideally be a warranty for the hydraulic system but usually not for the bedframe structure.
