Relacker 1 Report post Posted October 9, 2007 I dun like manufacturing environment, but that's my own feelings.dun really feel good from the way the interview is held, but they offering me also senior position which i held and sent me for training for 6 months(think is mass training OJT), daily allowance is 50USD, got apartment, got home leave air ticket worht 2.5kbut i am thinking beyond the 6 month when i am back. the fab is in woodlands and they dun poay transport, also they required to work 12 hour rotating shift but of course got pay OT. As a new FAB start ups almost all new team members on board will hv to be send for trg in Lehi, Utah (USA), a period of 6-9mths. Note w/ 6mths trg u'll be bonded for 1yr & 9 mths trg bond for 2yrs. Definitely a challenging career being part of the pioneer grp. fyi, most of the ppl joining IM Flash are fm TECH FAB & MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA. u might hv guessed it, the new MD is fm TECH FAB Edited October 9, 2007 by JuzChris Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
