Advice On Quotation And Progress Payment

Hi all, i received the quotation and the schedule for progress payment from this ID.

as im only relying on the ID for carpentry work and no hacking or watsoever.

i'm abit unsure about the schedule of payment as it shows that even before they start any work,

i've already got to pay them 90% of the whole cost!?

yah hor..keke..paiseh.. but the key point is im paying up to 90% b4 they actually start work.

anyone got some ideas or experience how shld the payment schedule be like for it to be reasonable?

im not sure how much is reasonable for them to cover starting costs..

not worth it... paying 90% then they start work.

if hippcups happen? they will bo chap de... since u had pay 90% which is far enough to cover there pricing already.
