Hi all,can someone advise me where to get nice and not too expensive drop light for the dinning area.

try walking along balestier? They have many light shops there.

Yeah I did that, lots of shops around that area. You'll get a HUGE selection at LC lighting in Shaw Plaza.

go to DK lightings at Geylang. I bought my dining chandelier there.. dun go to Balestier, they always chop pple.. u won't regret going to DK. I regretted buying the rest of my lightings at STR@SS at Balestier wh my ID brought me to.. if only i knew abt DK earlier..

As for the Balestier shops "chopping" people, it depends on the shop. Also, there are some designs you don't get anywhere else, e.g., LC, which has a HUGE showroom in Shaw plaza.
