Renovation Contractor with in house loan.

This will be my 2nd review for my contractor who provide own in house instalment loan. Their loan are really in house and unlike other will refer you to money lender.

I previously taken a 50% balance in house loan from them and I had finished paying the monthly payment this year. Materials and workmanship are good and things still looks good till today. (They only provide +/-50 balance for monthly payment)

This time is my sister turn to take up the in house instalment from them. she is a single mother and due to past record she couldn't take up any bank loan. with a cash with her she couldn't not pay full for the renovation so I bring her to my contractor for the renovation works.

This contractor company run by father and son and they have their own group of workers to handle most of the works. Very experience and detail for every single works. They have their own cabinet factory and showroom located at mandai estate.
