If they don't provide after sale service then I don't buy. If after sale service, and not post, no more next time from them.

most got basic after sales service - pls bring your toaster($15) to our office in TUAs..sungei kadut...changi south park, ayer rajah ind park....... buying a new one cost less than your 2way taxi fare or your petrol+parking charges unless you stay nearby.
