Been reading forums at RenoTalk aeons ago.. kept wondering when will it be my turn to blog!!!

:yamseng: Finally.. after months of ID sourcing, we signed on the dotted line with Johnny from A&D. Our keys will only be available mid-Nov and target date to move in is by Jan 2008 (fingers n toes crossed!!)

Where is our heavenly haven?? Punggol. It's a 5-room resale unit.

Trustworthy guy.. in fact he "throws in" things along the way. You can PM me if you need more details. I believe he brought you to my unit. :notti:

Hei s&s, thanks for your reply ya!

I will remember to ask Johnny..u know what we can start purchasing? Trying to spread the load of the $$ spent first instead of spending all $$ at once later.. at least now can stagger the credit bills..

U can start buying aircon(eg. gain city, etc), and toilet/kitchen fittings(poh joo, hoe kee, etc.). After which you have to look out for lights (balestair) and switches(choo jiang, etc). Our reno took close to 3 mths, quite tiring but glad its finally over. :bangwall:
