Finally.. after months of ID sourcing, we signed on the dotted line with Johnny from A&D. Our keys will only be available mid-Nov and target date to move in is by Jan 2008 (fingers n toes crossed!!)Where is our heavenly haven?? Punggol. It's a 5-room resale unit.Above is the proposed layout by Johnny - we opted for a very very simple renovation..Balcony - which we will remove and level up to create a bigger living areaStudy room - all cupboards will be removedKitchen - hack all!!! Thanks everyone! I am also very excited as this is our very very first home. Wanted everything to be perfect!Hoping that the perspective drawing will turn out nice. Will get to see them next week bah..s&s, some of the stuff johnny forgotten to quote us and he verbally told us he can do it for us without charges, shuld i get him to write it down in black & white or go by trust? After which you have to look out for lights (balestair) and switches(choo jiang, etc). Our reno took close to 3 mths, quite tiring but glad its finally over. Johnny suggested we get the black shiny fridge fr SamsungThat's all for now - we will be meeting him end of this month for tile selection.
