What To Do First?

hi all,

shld i start reno my home first then i find th FS master? or find the FS master then let him fix my position of my home first b4 i reno. but i scare he will tell me to put my things in a position i dun like... how??? :(

any good advice to give.... :sport-smiley-004:

i'd say get a FSM before the renovation or dun get at all

you can tell the FSM that you just want to know where cannot to put what

like what i did loh

but if reno liao then get FSM, scally he say if you put the built-in bed here

couple will get divorced then how?

you going to tear down the bed?

hmmm... u are rite like tat....tats y made me hold back to go find a FSM cuz my new home really small no space to change ard... ex. if he say my bed cannot put here then i will go crazy...so better to duno then noe... :(

for me i just wanted some advice on what NOT to do

e.g. my stove was planned to be at one wall, but the FSM say cannot coz pple coming in from main door can see liao, so put it at the opposite wall loh

another e.g. my parents supposed to take MBR and me BR3, but FSM say BR3 better for them so we swopped rooms :sport-smiley-004:

also, the FSM advised on the colours to use, which is quite acceptable to me coz they all come in pastel shades :(
