Hi junxian,

so you going to hack your mbr walls? from your 3D drawing, i thought they are building a fake wall beside the bomb shelter... so you do not intend to change the floor tiles and toilet wall tiles? does the price include curtains and aircon?

yup. hacking the MBR wall to make space for WIW. floor tiles wise.. will re-lay parquet at the WIW area. Toilets .. due to budget constraint and also cant hack/can only overlay ... so never do anything. :sport-smiley-018:

Nope doesn't include curtain / air-con

Hey, I go for Hitachi Credit, they should have the lowest interest rates and the procedure is quite straight forward, no hassle. I just go there once and signed the agreement, the whole procedure take less than 15 minutes.

When ur house reno complete almost 80-90%, just call them down to investigate the reno status, they will only release the money to contractor when we are satisfied with the renovation, otherwise they won't release the money.

For fixed rate, hitachi is one of the best, for me.. should be RHB monthly reducing basis.

actually don't look at the interest... just look at how much u paying per month / or the total !

What? No free parking on Sunday? Then who dare/want to visit me during weekends especially on Sunday?

ok i heard from 1st Oct, Sunday will be free parking here.

hehehe... just to check will the season parking be cheaper?

i think the town council are looking at erecting the entrance sign very soon too.

Oh great to have free parking on sunday. Felt uneasy that it wasn't!

Because most visitors will miss the very obscure entrance to our estate right after turning from the slip road.

I am happy that they finally opened the divider for the exit BUT, anyone having difficulty using that for turning right? Especially during peak hours. At times, I can wait up to 10 mins because there is no yellow box!!

I realised it long ago. But, no time to post or reply to so many PMs.

And, it is really getting on my nerves.

why not just turn left and then u-turn for now. haha. i know it defeats the purpose of that opening. But dunno when they going to paint the yellow box.. maybe we help them paint faster.haha

Anyway i know someone posted this before. after showering at the destinated shower area the water somehow streams into the supposedly dry toilet area.. Is that a defect? If it is , did hdb contractor manage to resolve for u all? If hdb contractor tell u that is like that one, what did you all do to resolve this?
