Hey, I go for Hitachi Credit, they should have the lowest interest rates and the procedure is quite straight forward, no hassle. I just go there once and signed the agreement, the whole procedure take less than 15 minutes. When ur house reno complete almost 80-90%, just call them down to investigate the reno status, they will only release the money to contractor when we are satisfied with the renovation, otherwise they won't release the money. But dunno when they going to paint the yellow box.. maybe we help them paint faster.haha Anyway i know someone posted this before. after showering at the destinated shower area the water somehow streams into the supposedly dry toilet area.. Is that a defect? If it is , did hdb contractor manage to resolve for u all? If hdb contractor tell u that is like that one, what did you all do to resolve this?
