Wat Is Considered Standard Freebies?

Hi.. i am now talking to some IDs and some have hinted it may be easier to ask for freebies rather than bargain cost. Wat are some that i can ask for ? e.g. i know bathroom mirrors are ok to ask? if i am redoing bath and kitchen, wat else is ok to ask for FOC?

maybe you can ask for hob & hood, sink for kitchen

but depends on the brand given by the ID loh

if you dun like free also no point

as for bathrooms, usually it's the bathroom accessories 7-pc set

sometimes can also ask for certain things to be free e.g. extend inlet/outlet, install lights, free water heater etc

You can ask for everything. Just watch Money No Enough for inspiration.

I come to realised that there is no such thing as freebies in renovation. All the freebies are already factors in in their cost and your quotation.

Best is to study individual cost of each items and how much markup they are earning.

As for whatever freebies, ask for anything you feel justify For bathroom, ask for storage mirror cabinet, glass shelfs, hooks (these are very cheap anyway), mixers and/or shower heads, brackets (make sure stainless steel types). Ask for box up (using waterproof materials) ugly pipes if possible.

ya...you actually paid for the freebies...no such thing as a free lunch.

it's like that, most of these ID already KOO TOK you for a few Ks liao, they dont mind giving you some cheapo hob or waterheaters.

The labor/man hours to install stuffs/move stuffs...yes i call that as freebies.
