I would really highly recommend Eric of Summit Design. He is reallt top-notch. All these while, I'm busy with lots of works and do not have time to even settle my starhub activation or even go down to my place to take a look at how is my flat doing...Eric is kind enough to help me settle all these things, even helping me to watch over the delivery of the electrical goods and lightings etc. And the amazing thing is he managed to finish everything in less than 2 weeks. Though I'm not doing a lot of renovation, but it's quite substantial:

1 day to finish the balcony and painting

1 day to finish the false ceilings

1 - 2 days to finish the electricals works plus installation of lights

3 days for carpentry.

Totally no frizz at all...i can say it's really amazing. He even update me through sms after each work is done. It's really totally free from worries. In fact, I would be more worried if it's not for him....

And is it expensive? Definitely not. The price he has given to me is about 30% cheaper than most other IDs. How I know? I have sourced over 20plus ID firms before I found him....and he is one of my best buddies now...really owe lots to him....

Will be doing reno for our 5 room resale flat sometime around july this year.

Need advise on any good id to recommend.... saw a few like Tau, U-home, A&D, Plush Living.....

Also need advise with a budget of about 30k, is it enough to cover the following:

A) Common Items

1 Re-wiring for whole house c/w new switches , socket outlets , SCV points and Tel points

2 Replace stainless steel piping for whole house (Hot & Cold)

3 Re-painting of whole house using ICI paint

4 Chemical Wash of whole house

5 Supply labour for installation of lighting, WC, wash basin, ceiling fans and misc

6 Supply and install Window Grill for whole house

7 To provide haulage and clear debris from site

8 To plaster the wall if necessary

B) Recess Area

1 Hacking off floor tiles

2 Remove existing gate

3 Supply & lay heavy duty mat homogenous tile

4 Design & construct hanging shoe cabinet

5 Supply and install Main gate

C) Hall/Living/Dining Area

1 Hacking off floor tiles ****/dining area

2 Remove existing cabinet at dining area (non built in)

3 Design and construct TV Console with feature wall

4 Construct Cabinet for storage (to act as a store room) near dining area

5 Supply & lay heavy duty gross homogenous floor tile

D) Kitchen

1 Hacking off floor tiles & wall tiles

2 Remove existing kitchen cabinet, rubbish chute

3 Construct base for kitchen cabinet, fridge, washing machine

4 Apply Waterproofing

5 Supply and lay non-slip homogeneous floor tiles

7 Design & construct Kitchen Cabinet (L Shape)- Top and Bottom (with anti-slam mechanism)

8 Supply & install solid surface/ Granite for kitchen worktop area (L shape)

9 Supply and install stainless steel rubbish chute (flush to wall)

10 Install 1 set stainless steel Dish drainer

11 Supply & install 2 pair of Bamboo Stick holder

E) Master Bedroom

1 Remove existing built in wadrobe

2 Design and construct Built in wadrode integrated with TV Console

3 Overlay with laminated flooring

4 Supply & install naytoh door & door frame with lockset / stopper finishing

F) Bedroom 2 (Parent Room)

1 Design and construct Built in wadrode

2 Overlay with laminated flooring

3 Construct tv console (subject to space)

4 Supply & install naytoh door & door frame with lockset / stopper finishing

G) Bedroom 3 (Study Room)

1 Design and construct Built in wadrode

2 Overlay with laminated flooring

4 Supply & install naytoh door & door frame with lockset / stopper finishing

H) Toilets (Master & Common)

1 Hacking of floor tiles & wall tiles

2 Remove existing WC

3 Supply and lay non-slip homogeneous floor tiles
