Jimmy Sky 0 Report post Posted December 31, 2023 If you plan to travel to the US, you will generally need a visa unless you qualify for a visa waiver program. The type of visa you require depends on the purpose of your visit, such as tourism, business or family visits. It is important to understand the specific visa category that suits your situation and application requirements. Hiring an immigration lawyer is a smart move to ensure a smooth visa application process and obtain professional assistance on issues such as naturalization if your goal is to become a US citizen.
