MaCe 3 Report post Posted September 10, 2007 the difference in price means a lot in quality.my kdk wont have any noise/sound when oscillating even after 7-10yrs.my cheapo akira/powerpacs there was noise the moment i switch them on for the FIRST TIME!but then ok for living areas though...when noise can be tolerated. def nono for bedrooms. sparrow 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2007 I am looking for tower fan. Does KDK have tower fan? Any good brands to recommend? I have been using KDK desk/ standing fans for years and they are still working well so I have confidence in their products.
tingshen 0 Report post Posted September 10, 2007 actually based on my experience, National is still the most solid fan maker.....but SG seems to be out liao. Panasonic also focusing more on aircon instead of fan....sianz....$90 for Mistral is quite reasonable, coz toyomi also cost about there leh.

tingshen 0 Report post Posted September 26, 2007 5 years warranty is insurance, not warranty, by the shop only. No point.
