TayLin 0 Report post Posted March 9, 2023 This is an advise to all new buyers for intention to buy a cooker hood. I had bought this brand called Hobz at Jalan Bukit Merah . The man recommended and said how good it is . I had moved house for 7 times and had never try out this brand . Finally bought it and very very regret now . See some pictures of this hood. Firstly, The charcoal filter a) difficult to put it back or even cannot put back after you removed down to clean the oil stain as their clip couldn’t hold at the side thus causes keep on dropping b) after removed charcoal filter you can see this beige round plate where all the oil stains can be found here , thought of removing all the screws down to wash this plate but it cannot bring down because there is a wire attached to it so you totally cannot clean inside . sone other brand I used it can bring down to wash . This model is HH 9122BK so please never never buy this brand /model . Their customer service is very bad also , I called for a few months to ask them to come down for servicing but never turn up .
