Looking for electrician to relocate meters in HDB recess area

We're looking for electrician to move the meter in HDB recess area. It'd be on the same wall, shifted to the right side for about 2 meters.
So far all the electricians we contacted do not provide this service.

Kindly please share or pm me contact details for qualified electrician, other information and helpful tips like cost, constraint, and guideline are also welcome.
