SteveN1 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2022 Does anyone have any suggestions on how to escalate unresolved HDB maintenance? I reported birds nesting in the roof (I'm on the top floor), standing water and a leaking roof. The town council maintenance guy rescheduled twice, and on the third time was a no-show and didn't even bother to call! I can't keep taking off work for this guy who doesn't even show up, and I can't let such important maintenance matters go unfixed. Anyone have any suggestions for escalating this issues?
