zirhk3355 1 Report post Posted October 1, 2007 Basic rule of thumb for almost all transactions:WHOEVER HOLDS THE MONEY SHALL TALK!So if you want the agent to listen to your instructions, simple: Hold back the money. Its as good as tying a puppy with a metal chain, sure-hold and confirmed kuai-kuai at your beck and call.But unless you like to torture yourself to be at your agent's beck and call instead, then by all means pay him/her early.
