Renovation Sequence

hi, i will be doing some minor renovation to my resale flat. Below are the following things to be done :

1. re-tiling for the 2 toilets wall and floor + WC +toilet fixtures (done by reno contractor)

2.painting for the whole house (DIY)

3.dismantling and installation of new aircon sys3 in 3 bedrooms (aircon vendor)

4.installation of lights for the whole house (done by reno contractor)

5.delivery of electrical app like wm,fridge...etc

6.delivery of furnitures like sofa,table,bed+mattress

7.chemical wash for whole house (done by reno contractor)

Anyone can advice the sequence for the above mentioned?

i'd think that delivery should be done last, electrical app first then furnitures

sequence should be something like this

1. re-tiling works

2. install air-con

3. install lights

4. painting

5. chemical wash

6. delivery of electrical app

7. delivery of furniture

Since you are engagin a renovator, why not you check with your renovator so that there will not be any crash with his work. But Generally sequence is as follows subject to site condition:

a. All dismantling work first, including air con

b. Tiling work

c. Installation of Air Con

d. Painting to whole house

e. Chemical wash

f. Touch up paint

g. Delivery of electrical app and furniture last
