Well, am not exactly sure how this thing works but this will be my virgin post (: I have been a silent reader for the past 6 months (or maybe longer), until now that i have a new place of my own with my beloved hubby, I have decided to document the progress of my 4-room HDB resale flat renovation. First of all, here's the floor plan of our home sweet home.. I named it "Stemichhh's homesweets".. It just sounds nice to me, heh! Ok now, my place is 103sqm, but we are buying over the recess area of about 6sqm so it adds up to 109sqm! That's considered a huuuugggggeeeeee place for a 4-room flat and we are absolutely trilled with the size and all ! -
