Renovation loan

Hi Everyone!!! I want to apply for renovation loan but I don't know if I am eligible. 1) Basic Salary: $2600 Gross $6k-$9k per month. 2) I just work with the current company for 9 months only. Before I join this company I worked as a freelance(no payslip). Cpf contribution only show 9 months. 3) I had checked my credit bureau report it shows GX. No outstanding loan with any banks. 4) Will the bank need 12 month payslip? 5) My gross pay for 9 months of work already reach $58k My ID quote me $40k to renovate the whole 5 room house. Anyone knows how the bank calculate or any chance bank will approved my renovation loan? Thank-you. 31/07/2020 -

Dear all, Have met up with alot of IDs and yet to come to a good conclusion on how to fully utilise the space in the first part of the living room and the wall facing the main door. What should be done to the wall facing the main door? Was actually thinking of hanging a collage of photo frames feat. family photos, however FSM advised against it. Will like it to be a focal point when we open the door. Currently the deco is a low tv console to display some ornaments. On the left hand side is a display cabinet. However, we do not have enough ornaments or display items to display. the above layout currently used doesn't seem applicable to us. Any ideas please? Greatly appreciated. -
hi im looking for a good contractor who can renovate my living room (hdb 5 room flat ) at a good rate . i have meet up with some designer/contractor and they are charging me over 20k just to do my living room . 20k for all whole house painting , lighting , cove l box false ceiling , and the TV wall console set which is FREAKING EXPENSIVE . anyone out there who have ever engaged a good contractor at a reasonable price kindly PM me . thank you ..
