Condition: Used Material: Laminated plywood & leather (maize colour) Comes with: 1 leather cushion Dimensions: (see pic below) Cost: $300 Japanese-style L-shaped sofa bed that fits well in a small living room. Comes with storage compartments underneath, and can be converted into a bed. Arm rests can be removed. L-shaped part can be removed and adjusted to either side. Back rest can be adjusted according to desired angle. Few, small dents and scratches on the wood (you can decoupage or do some creative thing with DIY), super few tiny tears in leather fabric (buyer can change upholstery at upholstery specialist), arm rests fitted can be a bit wobbly but can be removed at any time. Otherwise still in good usable condition. Self-collection. Cash on collection. Viewing by appointment only (pls PM me), thanks! -

Clever use of space -
Due to miscomm, this Camerich sofa arrived with a wrong L-orientation! Brand new, just arrived last week. Need to sell off to order a new one with the CORRECT orientation. Original $4k Selling $2.5k Down feather stuffings and foam. Cream color 3.15m by 2.15m Excellent comfort w or w/o aircon. Come to my new place at Sengkang, Fernvale to view.
