Previously, I was renting a house in Singapore and have been shifted for several house within these 10 years. At last, I bought my little HDB house which is located in Buangkok. Same as others, I do make research for several companies and make comparison. Some of my friends who had bad experience with the contractor who chop us in the middle of the progress. My requirement is not very high, what I need was a simple and modern style for my new house. I finally selected the contractor in Malaysia. After reviewing this company, I found that he provided one stop renovations in Malaysia. I chose him for my house Kitchen Cabinet, custom made cabinets in the bathroom. The material is solid wood instead of chipboard. They do have Glossy Crystal glass material, but since my mother prefer wooden texture then we chose the natural woodgrain skin for the kitchen cabinet. The doors are soft closed included the drawers as well. I am satisfy with the result and the patience and co-operations given by the contractor. my bathroom cabinet (sorry, a bit messy) Since this is second hand house, i change the floors from wooden laminated to vinyl flooring. The flooring i chose is the 5mm type, waterproof and anti terminate material. This is glueless vinyl, which included the locking system. if you got time, can DIY. the finishing is fine As conclusion, i satisfy with the contractor i engaged to. -
Dear readers, I am relocation to my new house in Early March. The previous house renovators that i have engaged took a really extended amount of time to complete the renovation of my new home and therefore I will not engage them again. Right now, my current issue is that i have to get my old place renovated so that it will be easily occupied by tenants. I have heard about this forum being pretty insightful with regards to its recommendations and reviews and therefore decided to give it a try. Are there any reliable renovation firms that are trustworthy with their promise and expected timeline to completion? It would be really really helpful to have some solid recommendations. Thank you!!
