    Hi all, Is it possible to tell from the attached video (See Link 1), what is wrong with in the electrical setup? This is a second hand flat. The false ceiling and cove light is very nice, but I don't know how to troubleshoot since everything is concealed. How much will a contractor charge to fix everything? Do I need to cut a hole in my false ceiling? ? Note that the tube lamp and the tube starter are all new (bought and tested at Chuan Huat) - but when I fix up at home, the light starts to flicker.     Hi, I have purchased extra T5 tubes from Philips (with original Philips tube holder) (all cool white). One 4ft - S$18 each Two 3ft - S$16 each Three 2ft - S$14 each All comes with connectors and are in original packaging (opened for checking only), not connected for use yet.Please contact me via pm if anyone is interested.
