    We're looking for electrician to move the meter in HDB recess area. It'd be on the same wall, shifted to the right side for about 2 meters. So far all the electricians we contacted do not provide this service. Kindly please share or pm me contact details for qualified electrician, other information and helpful tips like cost, constraint, and guideline are also welcome. Thank you in advance.     Hi, my fiancee and I just bought a resale 5rm flat. We are at an impasse regarding the design of our recess area. We would really appreciate any kind advice from the experts here at renotalk. Thank you!! Her Idea: Break a portion of the corridor wall to create an entrance to our living area at the expense of our kitchen. My idea: To extend the corridor and align it to our living area space, so that we have a bigger kitchen.

    Hi Renotalk users, I have been reading up and getting tips, so i thought i would also start something. Just bought a corner EM at Bukit Gombak and am waiting for final apointment to get the house keys. Had been having a hassle with HDB/seller to purchase recess area together with the resale transaction but that is now hopefully finally settled! Here's the original floor plan:
