Am hacking some walls (about 35ft in total) and reflooring the entire flat with wall tiles of kitchen and bathroom but still seems to be very high at a grand total of ~$97500 (inclusive of GST)... Would appreciate if there's any advice or good referrals to contractors or IDs, thanks in advance!
