    Sorry for my ignorance. I am thinking to buy a big scale printer for use in my new HDB for my small business. However the supplier told me that I will need industrial strength electricity (2 x 240V single phase 16Amp power) for the printer. When I checked on the brochure, it shows per below:- Power consumption Maximum: 4.8 kW maximum (only when warming up), Active: 2.7 kW, Powersave: 50 watts Power requirements Input voltage (auto ranging): 220 to 240 VAC (-10% +6%), 50/60 Hz (+/- 3 Hz), 15 A max per power cord My flat is a new BTO with higher electrical loading of 40amps. I know that HDB flats have 220-240V. Does that mean that I can use this printer at home? Thanks for any advise you can give me.
