Hi Guys, Just confirm a unit at north. Its 5I with balcony. 3-4 more months more to get the keys, but im already start planning The house condition is such that rooms are well laminated, air corn trunking done, basic wall cornices done. I'm more of a DIY guy i was wondering if i could reno the whole house myself together with some workers i planned to hire. I understand that HDB permit is needed for reno but i am not entirely sure which area that i should not touch .I believe hacking walls and waterproofing works need to engage a contractor. The scope of works im expecting hack balcony tiles and replace with balcony design tiles. hack 2 toilets and replace tiles and sanitary fittings design a sunken shower area in MBR toilet - not sure if this is legal laminate living, dining, and walkways to bedrooms hack kitchen tiles and re-tiles , create a yard area to place dryer and washer and a laundry cabinet
