Hi All, I am very new with oven, but with the new kitchen I am getting a built in oven so I can start to do some baking. Having a hard time to make up my mind to go for which brand and which type. Anyone here use a steam oven? Hope someone who can share some experiences on what is the different of using it compare to a convection oven. I am looking at Bosch or Teka, either the convection or steam oven which brand would you recommend? Really home all the master here can advice me on this.
