Renovation loan

Hi Everyone!!! I want to apply for renovation loan but I don't know if I am eligible. 1) Basic Salary: $2600 Gross $6k-$9k per month. 2) I just work with the current company for 9 months only. Before I join this company I worked as a freelance(no payslip). Cpf contribution only show 9 months. 3) I had checked my credit bureau report it shows GX. No outstanding loan with any banks. 4) Will the bank need 12 month payslip? 5) My gross pay for 9 months of work already reach $58k My ID quote me $40k to renovate the whole 5 room house. Anyone knows how the bank calculate or any chance bank will approved my renovation loan? Thank-you. 31/07/2020 -
Hi everyone, I just bought a ground floor unit in Punggol with a really long PES. I really like PES units and have always wanted to stay in one, so that I can extend my living room area to the "outdoors" and have more living space. Do you all do decking and fully enclose the balcony to maximise the PES space? Below is the unit and type of balcony. Can anyone advise what you did with your PES area? Pictures would be great too.

Hi, Need advice from you. 1 - I am living on the 1st floor and my balcony is not the wall type but the metal railings and I want to prevent pests like rats, cockraches from getting into my house with a physical barrier. Pls advise what is the MC approved concepts that I can use. 2 - I have a metal rack that I want to put into my balcony but I do not want the things like vacuum cleaner to stand out as a sore sights, pls advise what I can do to conceal it. Appreciate those who have the same experience to advise

Hi fellows, for those of you who have raised wooden decking in your balcony, may I know how do you thoroughly clean the space beneath your decking? Particularly for those who grow a lot of potted plants there, I observed any fair bit of gardening will make soil & dirt creep between the gaps & below the decking.
