Hi All, Just like to share with you all one my completed project at Casa Clementi. Here is the proposed layout. Due to some fengshui concern from my client, we actually change the location of the entrance for the kitchen and added in a sliding door. For the rest we keep quite simple as the items that stand out will be the furnitures itself. In the MBR we also hacked away the dividing wall to built in a wardrobe and maintaining a comfortable walkway. Concept Images Like I mentioned most of the design elements will come from the furnitures itself and the space will emphasis more on the materials and textures used. Hi All, Happy Lunar new yr to all guest and members! After a long break, is time to share one of my upcoming project at Upper Serangoon View. Layout Plan Typical 4room layout with the need to include an altar cabinet in the living. Concept This time we will be using actual bricks and concrete looking laminate to create a more urban rustic feel for the house. Hi All, As this is my first post I would be honest with you all that I am actually an Interior Designer. Therefore I am actually taking this chance to share with you some of my renovation progress and insights for one of the project @Fernvale Garden Layout plan: As you can see the layout of this unit has a spacious living area but a relatively small dining space, so after much discussion we to have a bar counter table that actually extends into the kitchen area. To keep everything neater, we also proposed the TV console with display cabinet and shoe cabinet along one side of the living area wall.
