hi growler. end of the day, u've to do the QC work too as ah soon won't have time to go through every house everyday. it is personal to each on the effort spent in overseeing the house, some pple prefer to leave to contractor, some pple like to be in charge. you may be right to say that you can hold him to his words, but i just want to advise that some of the things might be too late for rectifications if things are not done properly the first time.

ah soon asked us to pass him all the delivery receipts and balance payment. his workers at site will check and receive it for us... he said if anything missing he will be responsible. anyway we checked today and realized the 2 items are written in the receipt, we are going back to adamas to claim back the 2 items.

1.8m length is too short it's quite lengthy isn't it? my bt panjang (my folks house) place has abt 2m length below window and it house shoes for a family of 4. u must have a lot of shoes.

the installer (toilet accessories) claim they did not see it, question is did they receive and count it? anyway ah soon said anything missing he will refund us. i'm waiting for the final payment to do some deductions. CUT CUT CUT. Mwhahahaaha

haha nope, i'm left with tv console, dining table and curtains. can't find the perfectttttttttttt furniture yet. btw i love the view of your house and is a GOOD buy. my house unfortunately has no view.

i like to put my shoes in shoebox too. bad thing shoe shops' shoebox are opaque so when u open the shoe cabinet, i'll be standing there wondering which is which. so to make things easy, i take polaroids of the shoes and stick it on the box itself. haha crazy right? i just LOVE shoes.

precious/rondy, are u referring to jalan besar's adamas? adamas's salesperson is one young lady and a guy whom she kept asking abt pricing. she looks unsure most of the time... they did not deliver 2 pcs of my bathroom accessories which is the accessories tray. haiz we were not there to receive so cannot contest is whose fault. in the end we got to get a mirror "medicine" box at asia excel (the day i bump into precious ) to put the accessories like facial gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste...
