hihi, we got a new flat opp khatib mrt, we had a choice viewing at 80X, near MRT but not much amenities and quite noisy from the tracks. there's a shop n save at khatib mrt, and a coffeeshop at 80x the sun sets hits the train track, so get a ns facing unit will be good

btw i wanted to do small pebbles at my walkway at the main door entrance, ah soon said it's nice but after a few years it might popped out. so we did away with that. i see urs is overlay instead of hack, why not hack away?

hi rune, we went to the jurong west showflat last saturday to view the workmanship. no worries, we also meet ah soon at nite too since he is doing 2 yishun flats now, we can occupy his night time and he can stay longer in yishun to look after our places.haha

smallboy i realise our living room selection is same!!! but we opted out the wooden tile later on with pebbles. we also picked the same mosaic for our 2 bathrooms. Lol.
