Initially I had planned to do cement screed flooring for my living room but after hearing the negative remarks from IDs now I am seriously thinking not to proceed with cement scre Majority of them said that Ugly cracks will appear on the floor after several months, this is beacuse the sand used by contractors are of inferior quality compared to 10 years ago and also the "masters" of cement screed flooring are already dead, taking their skills with them.

wow... I had the same negative experience when I was down at Ideal House less than a week ago. A newbie ah beng "designer" attended to my and my wife. He seemed like he wasn't sure what he was doing. We are really disappointed with the service renderd by ideal house. Looks like being popular is a double edged sword. Guess I have to look for other ID firms then.
