What is a good brand for one key to rule it all - open the door, gate, padlock, and post box? Where to get?

Hi, Nice design for the open kitchen and living. I thought you will be moving in before Hungry Ghost month? Anyway, i have a question. Does the main door need to be fire-rated? I heard fire-rated ones can easily cost $1000.

Sorry newbie here. May I know why is there a need to constuct a base for appliances like the fridge and washine machine? Can't they just stand on the floor?

Hi, newbie here. Mine is a 3-room HDB. Instead of painting, wallpaper, thinking of having the walls bare with some texture like those you see in designer shops. Is there a name for this kind of wall design? Is it expensive? Think it will work, for example, with hardwood flooring? Any information lead or recommendation of contractor will be much appreciated.
