hi all, the hdb person came to rectify the problem with my master bathroom toilet bowl. Turns out that the toilet bowl's wastage output is not aligned to the sewage pipe, that's why it choked so easily. They removed the entire toilet bowl, re-aligned the pipes, and now the flushing is so much better. Now the toilet seat is not placed all the way to the wall, there's a slight gap now. Please call hdb and ask them to check if you have such problems. Tmw they will come and fix the hairline cracks in the master bathroom wall tiles. So many things to report and check, and we will only find out such defects after moving in. The BSC is crap. My dad went to report the defects to hdb then hdb advise to go BSC to ask them to check our unit, and i suspect it's the same officer who gave a nonchalent reply and said she didn't know about problems. sigh...

hi all, i found some hairline cracks along the wall tiles in my master bathroom. Already ask HDB to come and check. Anyone has that problem? This toilet bowl thing is quite troublesome. Sometimes it can be affected by the debris from renovation or the sewage pipe could be stuck from all the rubbish from the whole block. It chokes sometimes and takes awhile for the stuff to be flushed out. Mid-Autumn Festival this weekend, anyone joining the RC celebrations? Am going to bring the kids there to have some fun

apa: u won't believe it, their car audio was so loud, it woke my kids' up from their naps. it's like broadcasting to the world. happy: 2 more months and we can perhaps do a gathering there.

hi neighbours, I've moved in and so far so good, just that we are already tired of the choices at the 2 kopitiams. The zi char at one of the kopitiams isn't good at all. The corridor lights are shining right through my master bedroom window where the aircon is. Need to do up curtains for that, it's like a free bedside lamp Yesterday afternoon, we were disturbed by this car that had its music blasting from its speakers so loudly that my kids woke up from their nap. Turns out that this driver, just came out of the car and took 2 bags of fertiliser from 27A, then drove off! What the nerve! In the middle of the night, there's also an uncle who tries to hack the metal locks from the doors that are discarded at the void deck. Can hear him hacking it.... Interesting neighbourhood...

Hi neighbours, I'm planning to move in soon, and it is disturbing to hear such news. Perhaps we should organise a neighbourhood watch group or something? Also, did anyone have problems with starhub cable? they are saying that because of the low occupancy rate of our current estate, we need to pay to get the signals activated and for them to come and check all the signal points. This is so ridiculous because eventually our estate would be occupied just that everyone hasn't moved in yet.
